What the tale is about
Zeynep and her first-grade brother, Tarık, learn a hadith each week from the hadith box at home and try to live by its guidance. One autumn day, they learn that “The giving hand is better than the receiving hand.” Zeynep shares her collected leaves with Nilay, who forgot to gather any. Tarık and Zeynep then choose books and help prepare clothes, toys, and school supplies for children at a sister school. Through these generous acts, the siblings discover the happiness of sharing and celebrate one another as sharing heroes.
