Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the Masaldan Erdeme app ("the App"), operated by WITE Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş. ("we", "us"). By using the App you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Who may use the App

The App is set up and managed by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over, for use by a child under their supervision. By setting up the App you confirm you are the parent/guardian and consent on the child's behalf.

2. Accounts

You sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for keeping access to your account and your parent PIN secure. You may delete your account and data at any time from within the App.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are sold and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, subject to their terms.
• The price and billing period are shown in the App before purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store / Google Play account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies; we do not process payments directly.
• A free allowance may apply to certain features (for example, a monthly limit on story creation). Limits are described in the App.

4. AI-generated content

The App can generate stories, images and narration using AI based on the idea and character details you provide. Generated content is produced automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate or not to your taste. It is provided for children's entertainment and educational enjoyment. You are responsible for reviewing content created for your child. We apply content-safety filtering but cannot guarantee every output; please use the in-app reporting/contact option to flag any concern.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including: submitting unlawful, hateful or harmful prompts; attempting to bypass the parental gate, safety filters or usage limits; reverse-engineering or disrupting the service; or infringing others' rights.

6. Content and intellectual property

The App, its channel stories, artwork, characters, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. Channel stories are made available under the rights we hold or license. Stories you create are for your family's personal, non-commercial use within the App; you grant us the limited rights needed to generate, store and display them to you.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including your statutory consumer rights).

8. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are breached or to comply with law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; we will post the new version here and update the date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
